SUPPLEMENT AND HERB
RECOMMENDATIONS
Are You Confused?
Shopping for vitamin and mineral supplements can be
very confusing. If you are seriously sick you should see an experienced
and well-trained health care practitioner, such as someone at our
office. But what resources do you rely on to help you decide what
supplements you need to maintain your health?
Some resources make it sound like everything is
equally important. Some other resources make it sound like most
everything is dangerous or a waste of money. Still others use the hard
sell. But even if you are convinced that you should take a particular
vitamin, which brand is most reliable and cost-effective? What should a
person do?
In an effort to take some of the confusion out of
buying supplements we have put together this catalog of supplements for
health maintenance. These are all vitamin, mineral and herbal
supplements that can be used for prevention and to maintain health, or
are useful for easily self-diagnosed health problems. In other words,
these are the equivalent of over-the-counter natural medicines. Each
supplement we carry has been carefully selected for quality, reliability
and cost-effectiveness. Plus, we have many years of clinical experience
with these products.
If you have any questions, want current prices, or would like to order by phone, please
